M.Com in 1985 from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur and L.L.B. in 2013 from Delhi
University. He has vast experience as Assessing Officer at Delhi and Kanpur. He has been on deputation to CBDT as a under Secretary and as a Dy. Director General at Competition Commission of India. He has been nominated to train Revenue Officers of Maldives at Male. He has written several books for competitive examinations. He is also a visiting faculty at NACEN, Faridabad, DTRTIs at Ahmadabad & Delhi among others.
