Manoj Joshi is an 1987 batch IRS Officer. His qualifications include post graduate degree in zoology and bachelor in law from Delhi University. He has done extended stints in the Fifth and Sixth Central Pay Commissions and deputation in Department of Expenditure. Before joining in the present post, he was posted in the Human Resource Directorate under CBDT.
