Rakesh Kumar hails from Bihar. He holds Honours Graduate in Physics from Patna University. He joined Income Tax Department in 1996. He was promoted as Asst Commissioner in the year 2016-17. He has worked in Mumbai in Assessment, Investigation, TDS & Audit before joining NADT. His area of interest are Sports, Reading & Travelling.
