Shri Salil Bijur belongs to the 2010 batch of Indian Revenue Service. Prior to NADT he has served in different capacities in the Income Tax Department in assessment and investigation in Bangalore and Delhi, and in the Directorate of Systems and Directorate of Public Relations, Printing and Publication. He has also served on deputation in the Financial Intelligence Unit - India FIU-IND .
Mr. Bijur is an engineer by graduation from Pune University and had worked as a software engineer prior to joining the IRS.
