Work Experience:   Work experience of 35 years in the various parts of the country as tax administrator and general administrator.

• Worked in the field of Tax Administration, Investigation and Enforcement, Assessment, Appeals, Capacity Building, etc.
• Worked on foreign deputation as Senior Technical Advisor with Internal Revenue Commission, Government of Papua New Guinea.
• Worked in the Parliament of India as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor on deputation.
• Designated as Nodal Officer and attached with Special Investigation Team [SIT-CB] New Delhi by CBDT, New Delhi in 2012-13 for providing vital inputs to financial transactions in investigation of national level financial scam.
• Awarded the ‘Innovator of the Year Award’ in 2019 for innovative work for harnessing ISRO satellite technology for data collection for usage as evidence in appellate proceedings.
• Awarded the ‘Certificate of Merit’ by CBDT, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, for an outstanding contribution in Search & Seizure Action Category at All India Level in 2010.
• Awarded the ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by CBDT, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 for the 5 unique cases for the outstanding performance related to survey, search and seizure operations.
• Foreign Deputation:  Worked on foreign deputation as Senior Technical Advisor, Internal Revenue Commission [IRC], Government of Papua New Guinea. He was entrusted with the responsibility of advising the different divisions on various areas of tax administration and tax enforcement. He also provided technical support to the different divisions of IRC in conjunction with Staff Development and Training Section for capacity building of the National Staff and developed a comprehensive training programme and manuals to build capacity for national staff at the IRC.
• Deputation at Parliament of India as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor of Lok Sabha Secretariat. He was entrusted with supervising and managing the work pertaining to several Branches of Lok Sabha which included PRIDE-Capacity Building, Systems Management, Research and Reference Division, Parliament Library, Parliament Museum and Archives, Committee on Railways and Director General of Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies [ICPS]. He was closely associated with the new Parliament Building since its initial stages to completion. He was associated with the ‘Digital Sansad’ project since its inception to completion as an initiatives towards Smart Parliament .
