The Academy Library “Ratnasagar” is located next to Vallabhi building. It is a three floor building with the facility of independent lift. This library is having collection of more than 58,300 books and regularly purchase 146 journals/ Magazines along with 18 Newspapers in various languages. This library has been recognized as Category IV out of 6 categories, as per the norms of Government of India on the basis of collection, services, budget, publications, computer application etc.

Out of 3 floors, Ground Floor has a collection of Magazines, Journals, books written by Officers of Income Tax Department, books for children, Newspapers and new arrivals. First Floor of building has a collection of books related to Income Tax, Management, Economics, Accounts, Fiction and other subjects. Second Floor has books in 13 languages. It has also collection of Income tax related old Journals. The Archives shows glorious history of NADT.

E-Granthalaya software is being used by library. In addition, following subscription of e-resources are also available in library;
