NADT has tie up with, Organisation for Economic co-operation and Development OECD Paris. NADT Nagpur is one their resource/event centres. Every year, as a part of the ‘Global Relations event’ NADT in collaboration with FT&TR CBDT organizes basic and advanced courses in International Taxation , Transfer Pricing and Exchange of Information. Expert faculty from OECD come to take session in such courses and it also provides a platform to share the best practices in this field and also share the emerging issues across the world.

Every year, the Directorate of Training nominates officers and officials from NADT and DTRTIs to Civil Services College, Singapore for attending workshop for the trainers in ‘Instructional design and delivery techniques’.

NADT has MOU with NALSAR University, Hyderabad. As per the MOU, the faculty members from the prestigious NALSAR University take sessions on Business Laws covering around 25 Laws at NADT and also offers Masters degree in Business Laws to the Officer -trainees registered with the university. The Officer-trainees also undertake some project on the relevant topics as a part of their Masters degree. The NALSAR university also provides relevant study material for the courses. NADT also provides its resources like library, guidance inputs on taxation by its faculty to the students of NALSAR university on need basis.

NADT also has access to the resources of IBFD, Netherlands, renowned for its data/research on tax administration, cross border treaties and issues on international taxation and transfer pricing. NADT has been assessing its works, journals and online material.

For past few years, after getting approval from the Competent authority, officer-trainees of the Induction course as a part of their International attachment have visited IBFD Netherlands, OECD Paris, Australian tax office, Sydney, Inland Revenue Board Malaysia, South African Revenue Service South Africa, Kennesaw State University, USA, Singapore Tax Academy.
