DTRTI Chennai

DTRTI Chennai was created in 2001 having jurisdiction over Tamilnadu and Kerala. DTRTI, Chennai operates from its swanky new premises located at 3rd Floor, Tower 1 of BSNL Building, 16, Greams Road, Chennai-600006 from April, 2017. DTRTI Chennai has 5 MSTUs attached to it at Kochi, Triandrum, Trichy, Coimbatore and Madurai.

The Institute is headed by the Additional Director General.  The ADG is assisted by  Joint Director and faculty members consisting of 1 Asstt. Director and 4 Addl.Asstt.Directors.  The members of the faculty are experienced officers of the Department working in the field formations who are inclined towards training.
