LOCATION :
The Institute is located on the 3rd Floor of Mahalaxmi Chambers, S.K. Rathod Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400 034. It is situated in the heart of Mumbai and is surrounded by well known places like the Mahalaxmi Race Course, Wellingdon Club, Haji Ali Mosque and Mahalaxmi Temple.

A. Lecture Halls :
1.Smart Classroom Capacity: 40 Students
Our Smart Classroom is a cutting-edge learning space ideal for interactive and hybrid learning.

B. Library :
Located on the 3rd floor of Mahalaxmi Chambers. The library provides a quiet, resourceful, and conducive environment for study and research. This library is a treasure trove of knowledge, supporting the learning and research needs of our trainees. It houses an extensive collection on taxation, law, management, accountancy, and information technology, with specialized resources on international taxation. Alongside professional materials, the library offers books in Hindi, English, and Marathi, as well as a rich selection of fiction, literature, history, Indian heritage, and culture.
C. Multipurpose Room :
The Institute features a Multipurpose Room, designed to offer a comfortable and informal space for participants to relax during tea and lunch breaks. It serves as an ideal setting for casual meetings, discussions, and experience-sharing, fostering collaboration and networking in a more relaxed atmosphere.
D. CANTEEN :
A Income tax departmental canteen is located on the ground floor of the Institute’s building, offering a convenient and comfortable dining option for participants and staff which provides Tea & Snacks and Lunch which is available at Subsidized Rates for the NADT RC Mumbai and other Department in the Building.
E. RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION :
Trainees’ Hostel at Goregaon :
The NADT RC Mumbai has a Trainees’ Hostel at Goregaon East . 10 Rooms

MINISTERIAL STAFF TRAINING UNITS MSTUs UNDER DTRTI,MUMBAI :
The Institute facilitates training of the Ministerial Staff through the Ministerial Staff Training Unit known as M.S.T.U. 6 Units of MSTU are functioning under NADT-RC, Mumbai. 3 of these Units are located at Mumbai itself and the other 1 at Pune and 1 at Nashik.

a Classrooms :
The Institute has two well-equipped classrooms, each with a seating capacity of 35 students. Both classrooms are fitted with Overhead Projectors OHPs and provide a comfortable and interactive environment for effective learning and training.
b Computer Lab :
Our Computer Lab is equipped with 18 functional terminals, providing an ideal environment for hands-on training on all departmental software and tools. The lab is designed to cater to a wide range of training needs, whether it's basic software skills or advanced technical expertise. Trainings are customized to meet the unique requirements of our participants, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
MSTU, Pune :
It looks after the training needs of the officials posted at Pune, Thane, Kalyan, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur, Ichalkaranji, Palghar, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Sangli, Satara, Kudal, Solapur & Pandharpur.

b Computer Lab :
Our Computer Lab is equipped with 21 functional terminals, offering an ideal setting for hands-on training. The lab caters to a wide range of training needs, from basic software skills to technical expertise.
MSTU, Nashik :
It looks after the training needs of the officials posted in Nashik, Jalgaon, Malegaon, Aurangabad, Beed, Parbhani, Jalna and Latur.
