Training Strategy:-
To align training modules in consonance with the following referrals,

· Pass quality assessment orders and issue refunds due – Tally , ITD and ASK Training as part of course.
· To continuously upgrade skills and build a professional and motivated workforce
· Soft skills & stress management to be included in every course.
· Yoga to be made a part of long duration courses.
· To move towards APAR Gradings for attending training courses - to motivate officers to attend and upgrade their skills & update their knowledge.
