 Shri G. G. Shukla is an officer of the 1976 batch of the Indian Revenue Service. Before coming to NADT, he was working at Dehradun as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. He has worked in different parts of the country including Bhopal, Patna, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Allahabad, Indore and Nagpur.


He is a Post-Graduate in Mathematics from IIT, Kanpur. He has done his schooling and graduation from Nagpur.
After completing his training, he was posted at Nagpur, where he worked as Assistant Director of Income Tax (Investigation) for about six years. Thereafter, he went to Allahabad and worked there as Inspecting Assistant Commissioner (IAC). He was also on deputation to Food Corporation of India (FCI)for 4 years. His other assignments include working as Addl. CIT(Headquarters), Bhopal; Addl. DIT(Vig.), New Delhi; CIT (Appeal) Bhopal, CIT(Central), Patna and CIT, Hyderabad.


His family comprises of wife, two daughters and a son. The eldest daughter Anshuma is married, whereas the other two, Richa and Anuj are pursuing studies. Mrs Rashmi Shukla is housewife.
